Murphy’s law strikes again

February arrived, and with it, another clinic. Of course everything was going great, so karma decided to screw me over, once again. I tell you, Murphy’s Law does apply to Andrew Murphy’s clinics. Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Clinic started out great, of course, with the best session we have ever had. Bosco has completely transformed, he is stable and you can se huge improvements in his entire body. His neck has just stretched out from the withers and he just looks different. After the lesson we got an applause, never happened before! I was so pleased with the improvement. He even went straight on to the trailer on our way home. I don’t need any help anymore, independence! :D

Strength is the key-word

So, on our way home, being in a really good mood after the session, I got a call from the stable. One of the horses had been sick for a few days, then they started to look at the other horses, and a couple more had symptoms which could be Strangles. So the stable was now under quarantine and I had to drive straight back. No more clinic, I had to sell my last session :(

This means that they had to take a test of the horse who was sick, and we have to wait until all the horses are free of symptoms and then we can count down for 4 weeks. This happened last friday and the horse is still not free of symptoms and we are bascially just waiting. Annoying for me since I wont be able to attend the next murphy clinic, and the next one after that is in May. There are also other people at the stable who were planning to enter competitions abroad, but now we just have to wait and see. Fun times!

Video from the session, apologies for the crappy picture, I have no idea what I have done wrong.
